A: After placing an order it takes 2-7 days until you receive your parcel, depending on which country you live in. (Please see our Terms of Service for further information.) As soon as we've shipped your order from our warehouse, you will automatically receive a delivery confirmation email including a tracking link.

A: No, if the box around the product has been opened, you cannot return the product. 

For your return to be approved, the product must be unbroken, unused and in its original packaging with associated packaging. Opened or used make-up, skin care and hygiene products are not approved for return, due to hygienic reasons.

A: Rebecca Stella Beauty ships within Sweden but also to Finland, Denmark, Germany, Austria, the Netherlands and Poland. Please note, we do not ship to Åland, Svalbard or Greenland.

A: No charge, but you will arrange and pay for the return yourself.

A: If you have sensitive skin, we recommend you to read about each products key ingredients before ordering. Our products are made to fit most skin types, but we do not give any guarantees.

Every person's skin is unique, and people react differently to different kinds of formulas. When you start using a new skin care line it’s common to get a slight reaction at first, since it usually takes a few days for the skin to adapt.

Tip! Always perform a patch test before start using the products on your face.

A: Our Hydration products are made to complete each other, so for the best possible result we recommend using them all together. However, all products can also be used separately. Find out what works best for your skin. 

A: Our Hydration Serum gives glow on top of the skin, and our Carotene Oil adds glow on the depth of your skin. If it is maximum hydration you're looking for, we recommend you to use the serum first. If it is glow you're after, we recommend that you use the Carotene Oil first. 

A: Our Hydration products are fully vegan. The Lip Pencils are not vegan.
